Artist Carol Milne makes knitted glass art. How does that happen? Glass is solid (sort of) and when it is molten and in a state that it can be manipulated, it’s too hot too touch. What really happens here is glass casting. Carol creates molds and using the lost wax casting method makes these wonderful pieces of art. She’s based in Seattle where so much cool glass is made.
