Please check out the work of Tim Tate. I’ve written about him before and know I will write about him again and again. Casting is my favorite way to work with glass and what he does humbles me, but also gives me something to work towards. He posted a picture of a piece called The Silent Ode. Words are not adequate. Look at it. The sign language depicted in the piece is spells out Beethoven’s Ode to Joy. There’s video inside it…what can I say. Bravo!! Everyone needs to check out Tim’s work.
