Last week I mentioned in a post the Degenerate Flame Off being held at Cornerstone Glass in Eugene, OR May 28th-30th. Well, it’s come and gone but you’ve got to check out the slide show over in the Cornerstone web site. It looks as though a good time was had by all. It appears all of the work was created using borosilicate glass, also known as hard glass. Not my type of glass to use but I do appreciate the artistry that’s involved in using this type of glass. They can certainly do things that I can’t with soft glass. So check out their goodies!

How to make celebration clay
This ball of clay is so pretty. Even if you didn’t make anything with it it is still so fun. I can’t stop thinking about what I would make with this sparkly confetti clay. Pop on over to the blog Mama Papa Bubba for the tutorial and tips on how to make celebration clay.
