Back to Louisville for the GAS Conference

conferenceI talked a bit about Louisville, KY yesterday regarding the Glassworks Studio. I’m back to discuss it a bit more to start talking up the 2010 Glass Art Society’s conference which is being held in Louisville. I just received the brochure for the conference in the mail and I can’t wait to attend this event. I’ve never been to a GAS Conference and I’m truly looking forward to it. The speakers and demonstrators are amazing. Anyone that works with glass would be a fool not to attend.

I’m going to be writing quite a bit about this event in the coming months. It doesn’t take place until June 10-12, 2010 so this gives me plenty of time to prepare you and entice you to attend. Here are a few of the demonstrators just to get you excited…Emilio Santini…Loren Stump…Paul Stankard…Lino Tagliapietra (oh my god!!) that’s only four…there are so many more. And more info to come!!

    I look forward to reading about it. I actually live only a few block from Glassworks, but have yet to make it there.
