What is Dichroic Coated Copper Foil and what is the big deal?  If you’re a lampworker it’s a huge deal and if you’re a lampwork collector it’s going to be a big deal for you too!

Dichroic glass is a special sparkly coating for glass (for lack of a technical description) that is expensive and can be complicated to work with.  But no more.  Coatings by Sandberg has announced their dichroic glass on a copper foil and here’s the good part:

1.  Half the price of Dichroic.
2.  You can use it with any COE glass.
3.  No pre-heating necessary.
4.  Silver and rainbow colors available.
5.  Three times as thick as regular dichro coatings.

HALF the price!  To see it in action, watch this video:

Where can you get it? Contact Coatings by Sandberg (CBS).
