On a whim I recently bought a handcrafted fused night light at an art show. We have kids and we have to have night lights so why not let it be a piece of art in your home right?

I should have known that light shining through glass would be spectacular. It really helped that the night lights on display were plugged in and showing all their glassy glory.

Today I came across these three night lights on the Deb’s House Concerts blog, and I’m in love. I bet they look great with light shining through.

Hi Lori! Thanks for your very nice words about my nightlights! :)

Here are photos of these three lights lighted. http://dhstainedglass.wordpress.com/2009/01/16/three-green-night-lights-up-close-and-personal/

When I went to my local stained glass supply store to find some green glass to make a night light for a friend, I found the glass I used in these lights. I loved it so much that I bought the whole piece just to have it. :) It’s such pretty glass the night lights are ‘feel good’ lights either way (turned off or on).

Thanks again for this nice post! :)
